Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the box for identification.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting the request.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
